I was at my wits end, felt totally on my own, overwhelmed, confused and not knowing what to do ... I have a 14h Welsh x Arab mare which I go out and about doing endurance rides on. I hire a box and go on my own so it is essential that Fran loads on her own with just me ... and recently I have been struggling with loading. After a lot of sleepless nights I found IH hq and help was at hand immeditately ... Jo Powell texted me that evening, I spoke to Jo a few days later (she understood straight away) and within two weeks she was at our yard with her horse box to give Fran and most importantly me a masterclass in loading. Jo was amazing, so calm, no rush, she went through every single process step by step with such reassuring patience and kindness to both me and Fran ... I was able to practice with Jo everything we discussed and it resulted in Fran self loading - unbelievable!
